usually when i order aplate of hor fun, i will request for a small bowl so that i can eat my hor fun in a small potion.

i find it is much tastier n logical as chopstick and spoon is much easy to use in a bowl rather than in a plate. n usually with a bowl, the gravy can be finish too.

do u eat hor fun the same way as i do? if not, try it! Mr. Green

Anyways, back to topic. I like to eat in small portion also. Actually, anything leh. Not only hor fun. If look at one big plate, can get frightened mah. So, eat in small portion. And portion by portion. Wink

i like to eat it in the way you know , when you tarpow-ing the hor fun , it is not in a plastic bag but a square Paper Box , layered by a layer of plastic sheet then the hor fun

By the time you reach home , you open the box then the strong smeel will filled the room and i'll start eating Very Happy

what i mean is you need to have the appetite of 1 1/2 man to order a $10-plate.

if you go with a male friend chances are one plate is not enough to feed both of you.
